Master Fitness Trainer Brad Glaser explains the Optimal Performance Training Model

Our training program uses NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine (www.nasm.org), is one of the Nation's highest certification programs. Most Professional Sports teams such as NBA, NFL, and MLB use NASM for injury prevention, increased strength, stability, stamina, and flexibility. We use Optimal performance training model to start your body from the basics and progressively advance it. We also have Sports Specific Training for the advanced athlete, to increase power, agility, and stamina in whatever sport you may be in. Sports require your body to be in many planes of motion very quickly. So if your body is not stabilized throughout very quick and reactive movements, you may injure yourself.
First phase of training will be Corrective Exercise Training

Taking your body through a stable environment to relearn how to function your joints and weak muscles, which corrects muscle imbalances. So when you workout, you apply correct form with correct posture. After all of your joints are functioning correctly, then we take you to the next phase.
Second phase of training will be Integrated Stabilization Training

Taking your body through a unstable environment to increase the strength of stabilizers in your joints. To increase stability in joints and decrease injury. Increasing the strength of your core, balance, and flexibility. While implementing total body exercises to increase stamina and endurance.
Third phase of training will be Strength Stabilization Training

Taking your body through a stable and unstable environment, challenging your body to become stronger in stability and balance.
Fourth phase of training will be Muscular Development Training

Increasing muscle and burning off fat through a stable environment.
Optional Fifth phase of training will be Reactive Sports Training

Forcing your body through a unstable/stable environment through very quick movements. Such as agility, force production, stamina, quickness, and strength.

Note that every 2-3 weeks your body plateaus out on any given exercise. This is why the phases were created. To make sure you are progressively getting stronger, and never see a plateau during your workouts.

This gym rocks!

Total Body Solutions is more than a gym or working out with a personal trainer. I've worked out for over a year here, have lost weight, and body fat, gained muscle and strength and can now do more push ups than all of my 6th grade students!

The massage services are also excellent. I've noticed a major improvement in my posture and mobility. Make your appointment today!

Awesome, educated, covenant, private and productive!

I'm not an easy sell and I came across and ad for this Gym with Masseuse to work together and they offered free session?!

I called to screen this trainer (as I didn't want to waste my time) and I've had trainers in the past, so I have some knowledge and experience- Brad gave me a break down on in improving my core (the foundation) for all my workouts and how in conjunction they may be able to help with chronic lower back and also waist pain (my weak points).

Well I'm open but a prove it type of guy. I was shocked after shocked, after working out (an education on posture, plus correction) and the deep (did I say deep) muscle massage... Honestly, I can tell you I now recognize when bad habits I have formed over the years, feel great and funny to say but I even walk differently.
And I'm not new to fitness world ! With the help of this gym, I have renewed my dedication to a healthy life- with Brad's guidance and for that I will forever be internally grateful!

Make the call and judge for your self, that's what I did and it's working great for me!
