Muscle Balance Program



The Muscle Balance Program is a revolutionary way to correct joint dysfunction and bad posture. We are one of the only Training Gyms in the world to implement this system. Every Training program has the Muscle Balance Program implemented. The combination of Resistance training to strengthen weak muscles, Massage Therapy to loosen tight muscles, and proper stretching techniques has been proven to decrease chance of injury, improve muscle activation, and increase performance during daily life and/or sport activities.

What is a Muscle Imbalance?

Muscle Imbalances can occur throughout your body. From your ankles, knees, hips, shoulders, and neck. Any of these imbalances can cause pain in the joints and/or wear and tear in the cartilage supporting the joints, which eventually leads to injury and/or pain especially in sports
(Golf, Soccer, Football, Tennis, Baseball).

Your brain stimulates muscle fibers to contract, which then moves bones through a range of motion. When muscles contract over and over again, the fibers become tight, and then form knots. When the knots form, the muscle stays in a contracted position which pulls the joint that its
using out of proper function. This forces the tight muscle to be overactive and the antagonists (opposite function muscle) to become under-active.

One muscle gets stronger due to over-activity, the other gets weaker due to under activity, which then causes your joint out of proper bio mechanics and cause a joint dysfunction, or similarly called a muscular imbalance. Awesome, educated, covenant, private and productive!

I'm not an easy sell and I came across and ad for this Gym with Masseuse to work together and they offered free session?!

I called to screen this trainer (as I didn't want to waste my time) and I've had trainers in the past, so I have some knowledge and experience- Brad gave me a break down on in improving my core (the foundation) for all my workouts and how in conjunction they may be able to help with chronic lower back and also waist pain (my weak points).

Well I'm open but a prove it type of guy. I was shocked after shocked, after working out (an education on posture, plus correction) and the deep (did I say deep) muscle massage... Honestly, I can tell you I now recognize when bad habits I have formed over the years, feel great and funny to say but I even walk differently.
And I'm not new to fitness world ! With the help of this gym, I have renewed my dedication to a healthy life- with Brad's guidance and for that I will forever be internally grateful!
