Here's an example why muscle balance (joint alignment) is important. Imagine the tires of a car that are not in alignment. When you drive the car it will shift to the right, left automatically without your control and also wear the tires down to the point where you will need to replace them. Well, now Imagine the tires are the joints in your body. If your joints are not in proper alignment due to a muscle imbalance and you decide to drive your body through a workout, you will wear down your joints to the point where you have pain, surgery and/or worst case joint replacement.

Our Orange County Personal Trainers understand proper form and application is key to decrease chance of injury/pain during your workouts. We use to be Personal Trainers for one of the biggest gyms in Orange County and 90% of the people exercising we witnessed were using improper form. We would witness Injuries all the time, whether they will be using the wrong exercises, or poor form during the exercise. When they would get injured, we wouldn't see them for another 3 - 6 months.

We started off in 2006 working for one of the biggest gyms in Orange County. After getting our clients countless results we decided to open Total Body Solutions in 2008. We have Orange County Personal Trainers on staff including Orange County Massage Therapists. Our Orange County Massage Therapists work on tight muscles of the body, while the Orange County Personal Trainer works on the weak muscles to strengthen them. With this combo our clients have seen results in correcting muscle imbalances, improving joint function, decreasing joint pain, and overall feeling of wellness.

Awesome, educated, covenant, private and productive!

I'm not an easy sell and I came across and ad for this Gym with Masseuse to work together and they offered free session?!

I called to screen this trainer (as I didn't want to waste my time) and I've had trainers in the past, so I have some knowledge and experience- Brad gave me a break down on in improving my core (the foundation) for all my workouts and how in conjunction they may be able to help with chronic lower back and also waist pain (my weak points).

Well I'm open but a prove it type of guy. I was shocked after shocked, after working out (an education on posture, plus correction) and the deep (did I say deep) muscle massage... Honestly, I can tell you I now recognize when bad habits I have formed over the years, feel great and funny to say but I even walk differently.
